Your use of IqrupandRitz.co.uk (alternatively referred to as "Website" and/or "IqrupRitz"), is governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms"), as updated from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iqrup and Ritz Ltd. (also referred to as "IqrupandRitz.co.uk").

IqrupandRitz.co.uk provides various online services ("Services") through this website, one of which gives users the ability to purchase original merchandise such as luxury home furnishings and furniture ("Products"). When a user places an order, IqrupandRitz.co.uk agrees to ship the relevant Products to the user, and is entitled to payment for Services rendered. IqrupRitz offer a wide range of Products & Services, upon which additional Terms may also apply.

These Terms are subject to change without notice. It is urged that you regularly check for changes made to the same from time to time. However an up-to-date version of the Terms shall be available for your review on IqrupandRitz.co.uk at all times. By using this website you hereby consent that you have read and fully understand the Terms and conditions listed here, and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Product Specifications might change over time .We are continuously developing our products to improve them and might amend specification, packaging, design, price, sizes, weights, raw materials etc. without prior notice .Please note most products are handmade and hence variations in size, finish, colour etc may occur. The measurements of all products made by us will be as accurate as possible, but are nevertheless approximate.

Leather Products are made from quality natural leather and accordingly they may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and with exposure to sunlight and heat.

We will endeavour to match the colour and texture of the fabric of your sofa to the samples chosen as accurately as possible, but variations in both the colour and texture may occur. Slight fabrics variations may occur from different fabric lots or batches. The most common variation is that of color – though the actual variation is often almost negligible or very slight.

Also we cannot accept any responsibility for fading or discoloration, due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight or due to exposure or contact with any chemicals sprayed nearby or applied directly.

Polish Finishes, Grains of wood and veneers will vary from product to product.

All products on IqrupandRitz.co.uk are described in great detail on their respective product pages, and it is our goal to be as accurate as possible. However, mistakes may happen. IqrupandRitz.co.uk therefore does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on IqrupandRitz.co.uk are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In some cases, colours and specific details in the website images may differ slightly from the actual product, and in other cases sizes may be approximate. Please contact us on contact@IqrupandRitz.com if you have any questions.

In order to provide you with the best products at the lowest prices possible, we reserve the right at all times to amend the specifications of products (including but not limited to their price, packaging and any associated Service), without prior notice. As changes may occur on these from time to time, we request that you take a detailed look at the product descriptions and related details before you place an order, even if you have looked at it in the past.

DELAY IN MANUFACTURING

If for any reason an order is delayed, or is unable to be placed for manufacturing (for example due to lack of enough interest or due to problems in manufacturing, quality control, or otherwise), we commit that we will do our best to notify you immediately.

Likewise if for any reason our selected manufacturer is unable to produce a product to our expected level of quality, we will remove it as quickly as possible from our website. In case you have already placed an order for that product from our website, you will notify you directly and immediately about the situation, cancel your order, and reimburse you in full.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Before you place an order with us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your ability to receive the said Products. This includes, but is not limited to, making sure that the Products you ordered from us can be easily transported through the front door of your house, apartment or room, stairways, doors; that they can easily enter into your preferred room or location; and that they can easily fit inside that location. While IqrupandRitz.co.uk delivery representatives will do their best to aid you in positioning these products into your preferred location, any other issues that could make the delivery more complicated or difficult to process will be handled at your expense and will not at any time be the responsibility of IqrupandRitz.co.uk.

Further, an up-to-date mobile telephone number, delivery address and email address are all required in order to ensure a successful delivery of your item. During the checkout process, all information asked on the checkout page must be filled in accurately. Under these Terms IqrupandRitz.co.uk shall not be responsible for missed delivery due to a wrong delivery address, an incorrect phone number, or other information. All additional charges or costs due to delivery complications or missed delivery will be added to your order invoice.

All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.


You acknowledge that our Products are designed for domestic use only and do not use commercial grade upholstery or other materials.

If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

PRICING

The prices on the website do not include costs for delivery. The delivery charges will be added upon checkout before making payment and appear after you have entered your delivery details. There may be delivery surcharges for additional items. There may also be special or extra delivery surcharges in addition to the delivery charges mentioned on website to Scotland and remote areas of England and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland. You will be informed of the same, either at the time of order confirmation or before your order is dispatched. Please note that any additional delivery charges are payable before we dispatch your products.

We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, however, such changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation by email.

With respect to items sold by IqrupandRitz.co.uk, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by IqrupandRitz.co.uk is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

DELIVERIES

IqrupandRitz.co.uk currently only delivers to locations within the United Kingdom, Mainland area. We do not deliver to Northern Island. All delivery charges mentioned on the website are for United Kingdom, London, South East area. Special or Extra Delivery charges in addition to the delivery charges mentioned on website may be applicable in some cases for deliveries outside London and South East area. Please note that these special/extra delivery charges are payable before we dispatch your products. 

Please contact us on our customer support helpline number: +44 0208144 6801 or drop an email to contact@IqrupandRitz.com to confirm whether we can arrange for delivery to your desired city and for getting a delivery estimate. Special delivery prices are applicable depending on delivery location. Please note that the delivery charges provided to you over the phone/email for deliveries outside London and the South East is an estimate and is subject to change. Also additional delivery charges may be levied for deliveries to Scotland and parts of England and Wales. You will be notified of these charges prior to dispatch and these are payable before we dispatch the products.

The delivery timeframes communicated by IqrupandRitz.co.uk are estimates, and depend on a variety of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping delays, government delays and various forces of nature. While it is our goal to exceed your delivery expectations, in no event will IqrupandRitz.co.uk be liable for deliveries going beyond the estimated timeframe.

'Ready for Delivery' lead times indicates when the products are ready to be dispatched from our warehouse. Products are usually delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks from the 'Ready to delivery' time.

Delivery lead times may vary depending on the products that you have ordered. Our on-demand production model may range from 4 to 16 weeks on average, depending further on the quantity of orders and on the availability of transport facilities at the time. This is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer or, as is our goal, delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. We always do our best to surprise you with earlier than expected delivery, however sometimes there may be delays due to events out of our control. In every case, we will make sure to contact you and advise you of all changes.

The delivery charges will be added upon checkout before making payment and after you enter your delivery details. There may be delivery surcharges for additional items. There may also be special or extra delivery surcharges in addition to the delivery charges mentioned on website to Scotland and remote areas of England and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland. You will be informed of the same, either at the time of order confirmation or before your order is dispatched. Please note that any additional delivery charges are payable before we dispatch your products.

Once the Product is ready to be delivered, you are required to take delivery on the date and place agreed between us. If for any reason whatsoever you are unable to accept delivery, other than on account of our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery fee prior to making the re-delivery. This payment will be due before re-delivery.

We reserve the right to make delivery of the Products by instalments. We will inform you before dispatching your shipment. Extra delivery charges may be applicable in some cases.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, I WANT TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, WHAT IS THE PROCESS? 

We are really sorry if your product arrived damaged. We do use robust packaging but sometimes damage can occur in transit.

If the product was damaged during transport, we will take it upon ourselves to have it repaired. Please make the courier aware of the damage at the time of delivery so that they can make a note of it on the delivery papers. Please take pictures. 

Contact us as soon as possible and send us images if you can. We will then send out a repairer to repair the item for you at your convenience. 

It's very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we'll ask you to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition. 

Please also make sure that if you are not home and someone else is receiving the goods in your stead that the person accepting the item will inspect the product carefully before they sign the delivery note. Once signed we will assume that you have received the items all in good order. 

We also do not leave items unattended. 

RETURNS

I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?

We're very sorry you're not happy with your order but yes, depending on the item, you can return your order. 

SMALL ITEMS

Our small items are returnable within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact us to tell us you're sending your order back to us and we'll let you know the return delivery address. Please return the item/s in saleable condition and in its original packaging via Royal Mail or courier. Once we've confirmed that the item/s remain undamaged and in saleable condition, we will refund you the full order amount excluding delivery + returns costs within 10 working days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of item/s.

RETURN OF SPECIAL & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Please make sure that any item you order, especially a sofa, will fit through your door and in your as space as all sales for our special / made to order items are final and we do not accept returns after the item has been delivered (and the delivery note has been signed) or cancellations after 5 days of placing an order.

If an item does not fit through your door at time of delivery we will not be able to refund the delivery charge and there will also be a 25% restocking fee. Our delivery partner will take back the item. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that the item does not fit and will be coming back to us. We will be happy to help you find a suitable sofa that will fit through your property. 

Most of our items are individually handmade for you and we're pretty sure that you will love them. However in the rare case you're unhappy, we currently offer collection upon delivery which means that if at the time the item is delivered and unpackaged you are unhappy with it, you are able to send it back to us via the original courier for an additional charge of £29.99. The item must be repacked in it's original packaging and our delivery partner will assist with this. 

Otherwise, once the item is signed for, we do not offer returns. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
